We are super excited to confirm that Squid & Tonic have taken over the Sun Parlour Cafe in the Spa Gardens, Ripon!

We started Squid and Tonic last September, and we have had such a great start, thanks to incredible local food suppliers, lovely collaborations with the amazing indie businesses of Ripon AND of course thanks to our happy customers!

A few examples of our new dishes – we are championing local and seasonal produce!

Toasted locally produced ciabatta, plump prawns, oak smoked salmon from local suppliers bound in a rich spiced mayonnaise dressing
Locally reared rib eye steak with Yorkshire blue cheese on locally baked sour dough bread with a side salad
Roast vegetables, our own oven dried tomatoes, roasted flat mushrooms, roasted pesto peppers and gruyère cheese on a local bruschetta 
Our own flat bread with homemade coronation chicken, mango and chilli salsa, raita and fresh coriander
Ham and cheese croissant “melt”, Yorkshire ham, local cheese, gherkins and wholegrain mustard on a split croissant
Hot Porchetta sandwich, locally sourced pork belly flavoured with garlic and herbs in a warm flatbread 

We also plan to serve freshly made cocktails, wine, fizz and a small range of local craft beers and ciders.

Hugo Spritz made with English elderflower liqueur, lime and fresh elderflower
Turkish Delight Spritz made with rose liquor and prosecco
We’ll also sell a range of hot drinks and soft drinks

Homemade and locally made cakes and sweet treats!
